Get to know our interviewee 
Firstly, we simply want to get to know the person behind the fighter. What are they passionate about, what are their aspirations, and most importantly, what’s their favourite bread? 

Fight or Flight 
In this section we give our interviewee a name, and then ask them if they would like to fight them, or run away from them. Of course, we must know how it would play out if they chose fight, and why they would run away if they said flight! 

Quick Fire 
The last section of the interview contains what we call the quick-fire round. We advise everyone to think as little as possible about their answers and say the first thing that comes into their head. Warning – it can get random!
